Client

The client is an IT outstaffing and outsourcing agency with 10+ years of experience, 100+ technical specialists, and a 90% long-term customer rate. The agency provides team augmentation, full-cycle development, QA & testing, product maintenance, and consultancy. Its positioning is built on honesty, transparency, close-knit teams, and a customized approach. At the start of the project, the agency's entire online presence was a single thin one-page site.

Challenge

The client came to us from a position of strength: 100+ engineers, a decade on the market, a 90% long-term customer rate, and case studies most agencies would envy. The agency had grown this far the way strong service businesses often do — through referrals, a solid professional network, and word-of-mouth. That's a sign of quality: clients came back and recommended them.

The problem was precise: the agency's digital presence didn't reflect its real scale — and that gap was costing leads. To keep growing internationally, referrals alone weren't enough. New B2B clients — startups and SMBs who had never heard of the agency — research vendors online before the first call. At that first touchpoint, the existing one-pager showed almost nothing of the company's true size and track record: no structured presentation of services, no published case studies or testimonials, and no clear way to get in touch. Strong companies with an understated online presence routinely get mistaken for small freelance teams — and that's exactly the perception the agency needed to correct.

Solution

We built a content-focused, trust-driven marketing site with a deliberate conversion path: clear service blocks → testimonials and case studies → "What makes us different" → a call-to-action for a free consultation with the founder.

Each key decision was a conscious trade-off against the alternatives:

  • Static architecture instead of a CMS or custom backend. A backend would have consumed most of the budget on functionality a marketing site doesn't need. Static pages load in under 1.5s, run reliably on the client's existing hosting, and carry no complex dependencies to break — exactly what a lead-gen site requires.
  • A lightweight framework with pre-built components instead of everything from scratch. This is what made "everything" — portfolio, case studies, testimonials, services, project stages, CTA — fit into $2,000. We spent the custom effort where it changes outcomes: layout, messaging, and design, not backend logic.
  • A founder-level CTA instead of a generic contact form. "Submit a request for a free consultation with the founder" — not a salesperson — lowers the entry barrier and builds immediate trust with B2B buyers.
  • Social proof as a core section, not an afterthought. 3 case studies and 7 testimonials with real names and roles, visible at a glance, plus a "Stages of the project" section that sets clear expectations for how collaboration works.

Process

  1. Scope-first planning. With a fixed budget, the PM locked the scope on day one: every page and section was agreed upfront, leaving no room for creep.
  2. Content structuring. We turned the client's raw materials — service descriptions, past projects, client feedback — into clear service blocks, publishable case studies, and testimonial sections.
  3. Design. Our designer shaped the brand's visual identity in Figma to match the founder's positioning: trustworthy and professional, but not overly corporate.
  4. Build & launch. One frontend developer implemented the site mobile-first, added a contact form with anti-spam protection (a honeypot — a low-cost measure that filters out bots, essential for keeping B2B leads clean), and launched on the client's existing hosting within 4 weeks.

Result

The site launched on schedule and inside the fixed budget — well below the $5,000–$15,000 a comparable agency site typically costs. What made that possible was the combination of static architecture, pre-built components, and a scope locked from day one.

  • The company now reads at its real size. Services are structured for a buyer's eye, and 3 case studies and 7 testimonials with real names and roles do the trust work at first glance — instead of sitting unpublished.
  • A working lead channel. The founder receives inquiries by email and responds within hours, matching B2B expectations without automation overhead.
  • Reliable on mobile. The site holds its sub-1.5s load time and 99.9% uptime on static hosting, with form submission completing even on poor connections.
  • Maintainable by a non-technical owner. No CMS to administer, no backend to keep patched.
