These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Zentix Soft website located at zentixsoft.com (the "Site") and govern your access to and use of the Site and its content.

The Site is operated by ZENTIX SOFT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15461480, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG ("Zentix Soft", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Scope of the Site

The Site provides general information about Zentix Soft, our capabilities, projects and services. It may allow you to contact us, book a call or submit an enquiry.

These Terms do not themselves create a contract for software development, consulting, managed services or any other paid service. Any such engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work or order form.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Where liability relating to the Site cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to GBP 100 or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

If you use the Site in the course of a business, you agree to indemnify Zentix Soft against reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, damages and costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Site, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not apply to individual consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are acting in a business capacity, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and nothing in these Terms removes protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its intended effect.

A failure or delay to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganisation, merger, sale or transfer of the Site or business.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zentix Soft regarding use of the public Site, without affecting any separate service agreement.
